Welcome to our newly added Cosmic Journaling series at Aligning Mom.
If you love to journal (like me), but don’t have time to journal every day (also like me), this series is for you (and me).
A couple days prior to the most influential cosmic shifts, you’ll be given 3 journal prompts. In essence, you’ll be able to optimize your reflections, realization, manifestations, etc. with the energy of the cosmos.
The intention of this added series is to guide you to your most impactful insights.
How and When to Use These Journal Prompts
The prompts will be posted and sent 2-3 days prior to the actual cosmic shift to account for time zones and an opportunity to mentally reflect prior.

When should you actually write?
There’s truthfully no wrong answer. Write when you are ready.
If you feel ready to answer these questions and prompts as soon as you receive them, go for it. You can work with that pre-shadow energy.
But if you would like to take the 2-3 days to think about it and make the most of the cosmic energy and writing when it’s actually happening, that’s great too.
And if you feel ready in the after-shadow phase because maybe the energy was just too overwhelming and you were still processing — well then, my love — take your time.
That’s okay too.
There are typically 2-5 major cosmic shifts per month. And 3 journal prompts for each of these events.
While the journal prompts are designed to coincide with each other to guide you through each energetic theme, you don’t have to do all 3 prompts. Whether you just feel like you’re more aligned with one question or another question doesn’t feel safe to address quite yet, you can just do one prompt. There’s no pressure.
The theme here is listen to your body & soul AND something is more than nothing.
When to Expect This New Series to Launch
The next major cosmic shift is April 25th.
So you can expect a post/email in just a couple days.
