2026 New 21-Day Manifesting Challenge
Start Your Year Off With The Shift You Didn't Know You Needed
Happy 2026!
Do you have big goals for this year? Dreams you’ve been longing for? Or how about those resolutions you profess every year, but never seem to come to fruition?
You may want to consider approaching these goals, dreams & resolutions from a different perspective.
I’ve decided to kick off the new year with a Manifesting Challenge!
It’s a great way to:
Subtly shift your mindset
Reveal & remove limiting beliefs
And align your energy with the life you want
You may have read my review of the 21-day Manifesting Challenge on the Gabby app from 2025. Well, I’m doing it again.
There’s some changes on both sides of the challenge.
First, Gabrielle Bernstein — best-selling author & creator of the Gabby coaching app — has upgraded this year’s manifesting challenge with new daily meditations, as well as the mobile app itself with Gabby AI.
What’s Gabby AI?
It’s like having Gabby herself as your on-demand coach. The AI feature allows you to ask for guidance and support. The AI Gabby then provides you with spiritual insights and advice based on decades of Gabby’s teachings. It’s almost uncanny how intuitive this feature is.
What does the Challenge consist of?
Everyday, there is an audio lesson, guided audio meditation and journal prompts.
The Gabby app has a digital journal writing space for each prompt that you can return to at any time. Typically, you are prompted twice; once after the audio lesson and again after the meditation.
Each lesson and meditation are usually fairly short. For example, this year’s Day 1 lesson is just under 7 minutes and the guided meditation is under 8 minutes.
So if you can spare 20-25 minutes (depending on how much you journal) each morning or evening or somewhere in between, you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
As of right now (1/4/26), the challenge is $37 with added bonuses. Those bonuses will be going away shortly though. For the 2026 Manifesting Challenge full details, Click HERE.
If you are a Gabby Coaching App member like me, then this challenge is included with your subscription.

You can always upgrade later should the Manifesting Challenge inspire you.
My Experience Last Year
I thoroughly enjoyed the 2025 Manifesting Challenge. It brought up some limiting beliefs I wasn’t aware of.
Listen, this self improvement isn’t easy. Mainstream media makes the self improvement space seem like it’s all rainbows and butterflies oftentimes, when the truth is it’s messy. Self work, inner work is gritty. It brings up really shitty, anxious, depressive, manic, traumatic and just rough feelings.
But my love, the only way to is through. I promise, with each small shift, you will come out on the other side radically changed.
Here’s my messy vision list from last year: “Blogger, writer, artist, reiki, crystals, yoga, running, travel, family, homeowner, healthy foods, vibrant foods, loving relationship, therapy, grace, fit body.”
Since then, I’ve achieved almost this entire list with the exception of a few that are still in the works. I will say I am closer to those particular goals that are still in progress than I was last year.
In all honesty though, if you can achieve one thing on your vision list or at least get closer to it, that is STILL progress!
Here are my biggest achievements and progressions from my 2025 list:
Blogger/Writer
This one is a huge achievement for my soul! As I’ve said before, writing is my natural form of expression and my art form.
I started my blog in 2024 on Bluehost/Wordpress. This experience probably needs a blog post of its own, but discovering Substack and switching my blog & domain over to Substack has been the best decision of my writing and blogging career.
I had 1 subscriber, no income revenue and way more expenses with the old way I was blogging. It was so complicated and unsupportive that it made writing into a chore. I don’t know about you, but chores are NOT inspiring.
Blogging consistently seemed daunting
On October 11, 2025, I joined Substack thanks to a few influencers I follow on other platforms. I love the social aspect, monetization options, organic support and built-in systems that are user friendly! A writer wants to write. Not code or figure out plug-ins and integrations — write and click a few buttons.
A month later I migrated my domain over and closed my old backend accounts. In just a couple months I have over a dozen subscribers; some free and some paid.
Posting consistently and real engagement has never been easier.
This has set my soul on fire.
Now that I haven’t had to put so much focus on back-end tech issues and SEO optimization pressure, I have been able to focus on writing consistently and now the structure & niche I plan to follow.
I’m building a blogging foundation. In 2026, I look forward to laying the bricks upon that foundation for marketing and partnerships.
Artist
Writing is my main art form.
I have always envisioned my return to painting. I’ve painted a couple times in 2025 and that’s more than I’ve done in almost a decade.
What’s even more fun is painting along side my children. Their joy sparks mine. I look forward to more of that… and maybe one day sharing that medium too.
Fitness (Yoga, Running, Fit Body)
This is another huge accomplishment in 2025. I’ve finally been able to establish a consistent workout schedule in 2025.
In August 2025, both of last child started school (I have 2 children). That meant routine for the whole family and I couldn’t wait to add more exercise to my own routine. I started with at-home yoga and neighborhood walks/jogs.
The next month, I joined a yoga studio near my kids schools that offered classes that worked with my schedule. Joining a yoga studio has been a game changer for my physical and mental health.
I have a long way to go to achieve that “fit body” I desire, especially since I’ve faced an over month long injury just before Thanksgiving. I’m ready to jump right back into my yoga & pilates routine thanks to my physical therapist.
Inner Work (Loving Relationship, Therapy, Grace)
This last major progression is really all thanks to therapy, which has resulted in a more loving relationship and the virtue of grace.
I’ve been faced with consecutive triggers with my mom’s ongoing divorce over this last year and half. It really started with finding out about her husband’s 7-year affair in May 2024 then escalated 5-months later when more betrayals came to light. The drama sequence that has ensued since divorce filings have been especially triggering.
The emotionally heightened state caused misdirected anger in my own spousal relationship. The dynamic was always on edge because I constantly felt like I was being attacked. When in reality, I was in survival mode. I couldn’t let the toxicity of one situation seep into my relationship any longer.
I knew I needed extra support and finally decided to go to therapy. I had been wanting to go back to therapy because of unresolved childhood trauma for a while now, but this situation pushed me to pick up the phone and book an appointment.
Since November 2024, I’ve been in therapy every week.
With commitment to therapy, I’ve gained tools that have turned into automatic responses. Through healthier coping mechanisms, I’ve been able to put swords & shields down and let grace in — into my relationship with myself and my spouse.
I’m proud of how far I’ve come
Looking back on my journal entries from last year’s manifesting challenge and evaluating my progress since then is truly eye-opening.
This reflection inspires me to embark on the revamped manifesting challenge and motivates me to keep going.
I’m not done
I’ve already started the manifesting challenge. I can’t wait to share the 2026 journey with you.
